Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc)

As a evidence-based nutritionist with a degree in Health Science, my goal is to empower individuals to make informed food choices to improve their wellbeing. Recognising that each person's health journey is unique, I dedicate time to understanding your individual needs and preferences. This allows me to create personalised nutrition plans that are both enjoyable and sustainable.

I believe that fostering a healthy relationship with food is fundamental to overall wellbeing. I view food not only as a means to fuel our bodies, but also as an opportunity to celebrate life’s moments and connect with others. My approach focuses on what foods we can add to your diet to boost your vitality, rather than restricting what you can eat.

As an evidence-based practitioner, I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and applying this evidence to offer the most effective treatment plans for my clients.

In my practice, my mission is to create a supportive environment where you can learn to fuel your body with the nutrients it needs, ultimately guiding you toward a more nourishing and fulfilling life.

A plant-based approach

Personally, I follow a plant-based diet for ethical reasons, aiming to reduce harm to animals. From a professional standpoint, I truly believe a plant-based diet is the healthiest dietary approach we have. While it’s not necessary to eliminate animal products entirely, I advocate for making plants the main focus of your diet for optimal health.

My aim is to inspire you to incorporate more plants in your meals and enjoy all the wonderful benefits they bring. Every step towards a plant-based approach, no matter how small, contributes positively to your health, the welfare of animals, and the health of our planet.
